 Arriving in Tilos I am so ill with the flu that i think the walk to the room may kill me. But the view is so stunning and the beach so inviting - I know I will get well here! 11/10/13 Painting the crystal water in Livada was lovely today. I still have the flu so a close little painting was called for. My first swim in the sea. Accommodation is a bit average with the smallest bathroom in the universe and no hot water. No cups to boil the “jug”. Breakfast was great first day but has gone down hill each day since. 12/10/13 Boats at Agios Andonis. A nice study. I am liking the underpainting method to get the clarity of the water. My pastels fell over which was sad so i did not do a second one. Lunch was whole fish - ueckhhh. Another swim and my day is done. Drinks on the rooftop bar with the girls and dinner in a great restaurant with greek dancing with Roma and Greg make it a great day in the end.

I am sad that you had a flu, but at the same time, I am glad that you did. Well, it were not for your flu, then you might not have been able to make this nice art. Sure, you have the talent for it, but sometimes we need a little inspiration. I love the way that you drew all of this.
